If you are experiencing some predicament or bad moments, sometime it’s kinda hard to rely solely on self-affirmation. Imagination can really helps. Here’s how;
A. Construct the Best Scenario in Your Mind
Ask yourself, “What is the best scenario can be happen from this situation?” Write it down in detail so that you can actually see, hear and feel it as if it really happens. This will require you to imagine in detail as you can be about your surrounding environment will be; visually and auditorily. Within this imagination, you must be on your best body posture, with the most encouraging surrounding sound you prefer.
It will be very helpful if you can find some pictures that represent your imagination. It takes some time to find the most suitable one. In the end, you can edit the pictures with Photoshop yourself to make it more personalized.
B. Collect Many Encouraging Pictures
Collect pictures of places, activities, and objects that make you feel happy. Make your own album, organize them with tags so you can easily found them when you need it. Some beautiful photos of places and activities can be really helpful for you to build the perfect imagination as I mention in previous point. You don’t have to buy them; just ask from friends. Remember, what I stressed out in this point is the pictures to make you feel happy, not horny

C. Collect Your Best Moment Experiences
Write down ten best moments you ever had in your life. As always, you must write it down in detail. Yes, It would take some time to make one, but it’s gonna worth it, believe me. Don’t rush yourself. You don’t have to complete the ten of them in one session. Ask your brother, sister, mom or dad about the greatest moment you ever had just to help you remember. Your family must have stories on their own regarding your experience. Ask your mom about how proud she was when she learned that you won that sing contest.
Your best moment don’t have to be so remarkable that you get some formal reward such as trophy. Just pick any experience that make you personally happy, proud and satisfied.
